Elysian Aesthetics owner Deborah Lewia said that it’s rewarding when a client is pleased with the service they’ve received and then recommends the spa to friends and family.
“I love meeting so many people in the community and helping them to feel better about themselves,” Lewia said.
A graduate of Aveda Institute in Augusta, Lewia says that her passion is to help people of all ages achieve their skincare goals and to feel great about the way that they look. She developed a passion for the aesthetics field while working with a plastic surgeon in a medical spa and went on to receive extensive training in numerous medical grade devices and in providing many different aesthetics treatments.
Lewia said the Elysian Aesthetics team is constantly searching for new and affordable ways to improve services for its clients.
“Our latest additions are PRX facials, spray tanning and our Hydrinity skincare line,” she said. “By next week we will offer Geneo, a new advanced facial treatment. Keeping up with the latest technology and continuing our education keeps us relevant and competitive with other spas. We are able to offer the very latest top-notch services. I feel very confident that my employees are up to date on treatments and continue their education as the aesthetic world evolves.”
The Elysian Aesthetics team was first in Maine to bring clients the JetPeel, Reshape, and the Zerona, its most popular treatment. The Zerona is pain free, covers a large surface area, and is a non-invasive treatment that offers immediate results after the first appointment, with six sessions recommended.
They also offer DaVinci teeth whitening, a fast, safe and natural way to brighten teeth instantly. The LED blue light technology is trusted by dental professionals and is recognized and used world-wide to remove years of staining from teeth. The facility also carries the iS Clinical skincare line and specializes in the “Fire and Ice Facial,” otherwise known as the “Hollywood Red Facial” treatment. Elysian also offers individually tailored at-home skincare routines and products for all ages. It’s the only place in Maine that offers a needle-free face lift.
