“I offer a range of residential services focused primarily on plumbing and heating,” Locke said. “My plumbing services include general service work, repairs, and installations. On the heating side, I specialize primarily in Viessmann boilers and Rinnai products, providing service, maintenance, and repair. In addition to plumbing and heating, I also offer handyman services that cover general home repairs and maintenance.”
Veteran Odd Jobs is based in Baldwin and serves customers throughout the Lakes Region of Maine as well as the Greater Portland area.

“I take pride in giving back by donating a portion of my profits to local veteran organizations,” Locke said. “Additionally, I am a Registered Maine Guide, and I recently sponsored an ice fishing trip through Veteran Odd Jobs to give back to the veteran community. Supporting others while providing reliable, high-quality service is something I truly value and I strive to reflect in everything I do.”
With competitive pricing and experience in working for another plumbing and heating company for more than six years, Locke has a strong understanding of current market rates.
“Because of that experience, I am very conscious of pricing and strive to keep my rates fair and competitive while still delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service,” he said. “The most important thing I want people to know about my business is that I value old-fashioned principles – clear communication, honesty, and taking the time to build real connections with people. I believe in showing up when I say I will, listening to what customers actually need, and helping people feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. At the end of the day, my goal is to do good work, treat people right, and be someone they feel confident calling again.”
According to Locke, he doesn’t see jobs as just another service call.
“I treat every home like it’s my own. That means slowing down, paying attention to the details, and making sure things are done right the first time,” he said. “I want customers to feel good about the work when I leave and confident that they won’t have to worry about it later. I’ve been really fortunate to receive a number of 5-star reviews on both Facebook and my Google Business page, and that feedback honestly means a lot to me. Most people mention how responsive I am, how clear I communicate, and that I show up and do what I say I’m going to do. A lot of my work comes from repeat customers and word-of-mouth and knowing that people trust me enough to call me back or to recommend me to friends and family is something I don’t take for granted.”
