After years working for other contractors in the area, Dyer said he felt there was a better way to streamline the construction process and founded 3D Exteriors in January 2026.

“Having customers deal with so many different people throughout the process, a sales guy, project manager, project supervisor, crews, so many opportunities for information to get lost, and cause delays, or problems on the jobs,” he said. “I felt that it might be nice if we could have the same person from first contact to final clean up working with customers. Our approach helps customers to feel confident and comfortable, dealing with the same person throughout the process. This helps to avoid miscommunications between sales reps and project managers.”
